Perhaps you've already got a PC, but it's bogged down by an outdated hard drive.  Fear not! I specialize in hard drive cloning and upgrades. This involves copying the contents of your old hard drive (HDD) onto a brand-new solid-state drive (SSD).  SSDs offer a significant performance boost, leading to faster boot times, quicker program loading, and an overall more responsive system.

I'll properly recycle dispose of your E-waste. Older PCs and devices often have limited resale value and their age can hinder compatibility with newer software. When I receive old computers, I securely wipe their data before recycling or donating them based on their condition.

Fresh Start: Windows Reinstalls and System Upgrades

Is your current Windows installation riddled with performance issues or unwanted software?  I can perform a complete system reinstall, wiping the slate clean and starting fresh with the latest version of Windows. Creating a Successful Support Experience

For optimal service, I require a few key things from my clients:

• Please be healthy! Contagious illnesses can disrupt the service schedule, so let's reschedule if you're feeling under the weather.
• A clear driveway and accessible pathways into your workspace will expedite the process.
• A reliable internet connection is crucial for software downloads and updates.
• I ask that you remain on-site during the service call. This allows for clear communication, real-time troubleshooting, and ensures you're comfortable and confident using your newly optimized system.

Pricing and Booking: Making it Simple

My service includes a flat rate of six hours, payable online beforehand or in cash/check during the appointment.
