Who Is Arthur Dellea?

I am the sole owner and founder of Dellea.biz Computer Services. Since 1996, I have been providing reliable Windows technical support to residents, self-employed individuals, and small businesses within a 20-mile radius of Great Barrington, MA. I am fully insured by CNA. To keep my services manageable, I specialize in supporting clients with less than ten Windows PCs, and focus on offering solutions that don't extend to Windows Servers or complex corporate networks.

Technical Skills:

My expertise lies in solving your PC challenges. I am proficient in device configuration, data backup and recovery, and Windows system configuration.  My skillset encompasses cybersecurity, hardware troubleshooting, help desk support, Android mobile device support, Wi-Fi network setup, Windows OS support, software troubleshooting, and cloud backup and recovery. Furthermore, I can effectively detect and remove malware, address privacy concerns, and resolve core service issues.

Beyond Technology:

While technology is a passion, my personal life is enriched by family, faith, community involvement, and music.  I cherish spending time outdoors with my wife and children, enjoying hikes and other adventures.  My dedication to my community extends to serving as the Technology Coordinator and an active board member at Sheffield Chapel in Sheffield, MA, where I manage the audio/visual equipment and contribute as a drummer for the Praise Team. Additionally, I played a vital role on the Alford Broadband Committee from 2006 to 2016, actively participating in establishing the AlfordLink fiber-optic network in Alford, MA. Finally, music holds a special place in my heart.

Music Compositions:

I began composing eclectic computer music in the late 1990s. My compositions are mostly instrumental, styles include heavy metal, rock, electronic, techno, dance, pop and experimental music. Several of my albums are currently available on Amazon Music, Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube, and many other music streaming sites around the globe.
